菲律宾马尼拉2026年2月12日 /美通社/ -- 亚洲开发银行（Asian Development Bank，开发科技简称"亚行"）与GCash的向菲信贷贷款部门Fuse Financing Inc.将推出一项3000万美元的具有里程碑意义的贷款计划，刺激菲律宾中小微企业(MSME)的律宾领军发展，这是金融东盟金融科技领域首个此类合作。

On February 6, the Asian Development Bank and Fuse Financing Inc., the lending arm of GCash, launched a landmark loan partnership for MSMEs together with Mastercard and DTI and conducted a financial literacy workshop to support their growth.

截至2024年，美元菲律宾登记在册的额度企业达124万家，其中超过99%为中小微企业。亚洲银行然而，开发科技融资渠道匮乏仍是向菲信贷其发展的主要障碍。亚行研究显示，律宾领军在中小微企业面临的金融挑战中，信贷和资本获取难度仅次于市场准入问题。企业由于缺乏可靠资金支持，部分小企业被迫在12个月内停止运营[1]。

Fuse Financing Inc.总裁兼首席执行官Tony Isidro表示："这笔投资使我们能够加速为服务不足地区的女性创业者和小企业提供支持，这些领域对推动国家长期增长具有巨大潜力。"

由万事达卡包容性增长中心(Mastercard Center for Inclusive Growth)管理的Mastercard Impact Fund也提供了资金支持，助力Fuse有效触达并服务重点中小微企业群体。

逾250家中小微企业代表在塔吉格市举行的活动现场见证了这一里程碑式合作。菲律宾贸易与工业部(DTI)提名的10家中小微企业获得资本支持，以助其推进业务发展。贸易与工业部部长Ma. Cristina Roque表示："这一合作的意义不仅在于融资规模，更在于其核心目标：确保资金流向那些具备发展潜力却长期被传统金融体系忽视的创业者。通过将公共部门优先事项与私营部门创新相结合，此次合作有助于拓宽中小微企业获得正规、公平、可持续融资的渠道。"
